The orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Any request coming after 24 hours of order will not be considered as by this time our formulation team completes the product customisation & the order is ready to get shipped. We only exchange products if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should contact us on email@example.com or call us on +919829901203 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Full refunds is possible only if you received a defective item or the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Mode of refund may vary depending on the payment method used by you while placing the order. If mode of refund is via Credit card/ Debit card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
